How We Will Use Your Information
If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by us and will only be used to support your customer relationship with us. The information you provide will be held by us whilst you are a customer, and for 7 years from the event date due to legal and insurance purposes. After 7 years, your personal information will be securely destroyed. However, you also have the right to request that we delete/remove the details we hold about you at any time (see below). DJT-Disco confirms your data is held on digital devices owned and accessed by DJT-Disco only.
Cookies.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use Paypal for card payments. If you choose to pay online your personal credit card information will not be given to us.

We may record images from any function and use these, either on this site (www.djt-disco.co.uk), www.facebook.com/djtdisco, or other related sites or in advertising material. Comments made about our services may also be used in a similar manner. If you would prefer an image or a comment provided by you to be removed from the website, you should contact us at the address below.

Booking
All bookings of DJT-Disco are confirmed by a £20 deposit and the return of a contract, signed by the client agreeing to the terms and conditions of hiring DJT-Disco. The contract will also have the details for the client to confirm the details of the party/event are correct. It is the client’s responsibility to update DJT-Disco of any alteration of these details asap.
Booking details required for a confirmed booking are:-
Client’s/company name and address
Contact phone number
Party/Event/occasion type
Required Performance times
Venue (including suite name if the venue has multiple suites)
Venue address
Any Restriction on venue access, (eg upstairs venue, parking issues etc)
Payment
DJT-Disco accepts cash, cheque, PayPal, Credit Card (handled by PayPal), and Bank Transfer. If the balance of payment is in Cash, it is to be made in full to DJT-Disco (or the entertainer) on arrival at the event/party, unless previously arranged with DJT-Disco in advance. For all other payment methods, the balance needs to be settled no more than 5 days before the event/party. Payments can also be made in instalments in advance of the event/party. For corporate, pub, hotel and social club clients, DJT-Disco is also registered with Event UK.
Cancellation
If this event/contract is cancelled within 28 days of the function listed above by the Client, the client may be
liable for the total cost of the function. All Deposits are non returnable. Rescheduling of events shall be accommodated whenever
possible and are subject to availability. No monetary or in-kind refunds will be provided to Client for delays or interruption in service
caused by factors outside the control of DJT-Disco, included but not limited to; inadequate power, venue or Client caused delays,
power outages, or acts of nature, and venue closure/unavailable, public safety, government enforcement etc
In the extremely unlikely event DJT-Disco is unable attend the client's event on agreed date due to circumstances beyond DJT-Disco's control, every reasonable attempt will be made by DJT-Disco to find replacement entertainment for the clients
event. In this situation, the client will be informed as soon as possible, and every attempt will made that no excess costs will be incured by the client, but may be un-avoidable, Some of the entertainers can be found on the Partner/Packages Page
ABUSE
DJT-Disco (or entertainer) reserves the right to cease playing with no refund to the Client if he/she is the subject of threatening verbal, aggressive or physical behaviour from arrival and during the event. This also applies if any of the equipment is damaged by any of the party guests. In this case, the client will be liable for damage caused by the guest(s) from the event. No refund will be made in this case
Setup/Takedown
DJT usually arrives about 1 hour before the event and usually takes about 1 hour to clear the venue for most setups. Please ensure the venue is aware the DJ will usually take up-to 1 hour to pack away before he is clear at the end of the event. This time may be longer for an upstairs or difficult load/unload conditions. DJT-Disco cannot be held responsible for any delays/outcomes if access is restricted or denied and had have not been notified in writing about the restrictions, (eg road access, having to car from loading points, stairs, lifts, long walk to venue from car)
PARKING
Please ensure (with the Venue if required) that DJT-Disco (or entertainer), has a reasonable CAR PARKING SPACE and access for loading and unloading at the Venue. Please notify DJT-Disco in advance if the vehicle will have to be moved after unloading. FAILURE TO ENSURE REASONABLE LOADING ACCESS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS TO THE START TIME OF THE EVENT, OR THE ENTERTAINER FAILING TO PERFORM DUE TO LEGAL ACCESS TO PARKING BEING UNAVAILABLE. In this event, the client will be liable for the full cost of event, regardless of outcome.
Chidrens Parties
During Childrens/Family functions, DJT-Disco may give out Harribo(GELATINE/HIGH SUGAR) type sweets and alternative.. Also during the party, LATEX balloons may also be used. It is the CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM PARTY GUESTS these may be present at the party, and TO NOTIFY DJT-DISCO/ENTERTAINER if any of the guests have allergies or specific dietary requirements to these products or do not wish them to be used for any reason. DJT-DISCO takes no responsibility for any issues relating to not being informed of these conditions
Under 18 year old Parties
Although DJT-Disco is DBS checked, It is the CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure under 18's have adequate supervision by adults at all times, other than DJT-DISCO. If adequate supervision is not provided by the client, the Entertainer reserves the right to cease performing or setup. In this event, the client will be liable for the full cost of event.
No recoding of Images will take place by DJT-DISCO at children's events.
Playlists and Music Requests
DJT-Disco is always happy to accept individual music requests prior and during, limited playlists prior to the event. Every attempt will be made to accommodate these requests during the event, but this is subject to availability and suitability of
the request for the guests, and the appropriate timing during the event. All songs on a playlist cannot be guaranteed they will all be
played during the event, but again every attempt will be made. Due to PRS/Produb Licensing, DJT-Disco is unable to play/download
music from sources unlicensed for public performance, (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, TikTok etc).
Music on any media not presented to or arranged with DJT-Disco prior to the event, (music on phones, USB stick, media players,
other external hardware) will not be accepted during the event for the above reasons and hardware compatibility.
